Reading For Change
UAlbany Ph.d students Andrew Thompson from the School of Criminal Justice (green shirt) and Tyler Bellick from the School of Social Welfare lead a project called Reading For Change. The project gives inmates at the Albany County Correctional Facility the opportunity to record themselves reading children's books. The audio from the recordings are sent to their own children.
